Q: What payment options are offered?
Paypal is used as our secure payment processor.
A:
You can use a credit card or your paypal account. You do not have to have a paypal account. Once you are transferred to paypal, you will be given the option to either sign in to your account or to use a credit card without signing in. Paypal is a secure form of payment processing. Your credit card information is only entered on the secure paypal page, and I do not have access to your credit card information.
Q: What is the return policy?
Our return policy varies depending on the item. Please read the following carefully.

~ If we made a mistake in your order or your product is damaged, it can be returned. Please contact us within 5 days for an authorization code and return mailing information.
~ If you are returning because you have changed your mind about the item, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the shipping. Please contact us for an authorization code and return mailing information.
~ We do NOT accept returns on personalized items due to a customer mistake on entering incorrect information. Please double check to make sure all information is accurate.
If you have any questions before ordering (especially with a personalized item), please do not hestitate to contact us.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping does vary due to the nature of our business. Some items have shipping included or shipping is free.

Many items are made to order by independent designers and is shipped to you directly after it is made. Because of this, we have attempted to come up with a pricing structure that covers the shipping costs we are charged while not overcharging our customers. The shipping pricing structure is subject to change if our customers are being overcharged and if we can implement a better one. If for any reason you are overcharged for shipping and handling, we will issue a refund for that amount.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
The answer to this question depends on what you are ordering.

Because many of our items are made to order and shipped to you directly, we have to work with various shipping policies. Our shipping pricing structure only covers shipping to the United States. (Except for jewelry, which ships free to the US and Canada.) If you would like to order something from us and you live outside the United States, please contact us to see if the products you are interested in can be shipped to you.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
We value your privacy.
A:
The only information that we collect is used to ship your order, to contact you if there is any problems, or for contests and newsletters if you choose to participate in them. (Since we use paypal to process payments, we do not have access to your credit card information.) We only use your information for the reason that you have provided it to us. We will not place you on any newsletter or mailing list unless you subscribe for it. We do NOT provide any third-party access to any of your information.
Q: Do I have to register to checkout?
When you proceed to checkout, you will be taken to a log in screen.

You do not have to register to checkout. If you are a new customer or did not previously register, you can choose to either register or proceed without registering. If you do choose to register, your shipping information will be saved so that it will not have to be entered again if you return to make another purchase.
Q: Who makes these products?
We do not make these products, but we are an approved retailer of all products listed.
A:
Many of these items are made by independent (indie) designers, work at home mothers (WAHM), and small woman-owned/family-owned businesses.
Q: Would you sell my products?
We are continually looking for unique or handmade items.

Q: How do I submit pictures of my children to your Beautiful Kids Picture Gallery?
We would love to include your pictures!
A:
Send your information and picture to info@bella-kids.com. We will only include the information that you give us permission to include. (For example, if you do not want us to include the first name, just let us know.) We do not give permission for anyone else to use these pictures.
